Bryan Schock joined me for an interview in San Diego at the studios of WS Radio to talk about
his adventures across American airwaves. The interview lasted about 35 minutes and is broken down
into three parts. His radio story began in 1982 as the late night jock at 91X in San Diego. The
remained with the station through 1985 during its early modern rock years under the consultancy of Rick
Carroll. Then he spent the next five years at crosstown rocker KGB before rocking harder at KNAC
in Long Beach. From there Bryan did a series of programming jobs in various markets that included
New York City and San Francisco.
