Radio interviews include: Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Danny Elfman, Alanis Morissette, The Offspring, XTC's Andy Partridge, Social Distortion, Sarah McLachlan, k.d. lang, Julian Lennon, Love & Rockets, Jesus Jones, Juliana Hatfield, Tori Amos, Spin Doctors, Howard Jones, Jon Bon Jovi, Bret Michaels, Gene Simmons, White Zombie.

I enjoy writing about success stories, whether it's about a celebrity or someone who is more locally known. I am particularly interested in interviewing and writing about independent musicians who have something compelling to say in their music. The artists who think lyrics don't matter are the ones I usually try to avoid, but if they are creative musicians who make instrumentals or emphasize new directions in rhythm or melody, then I'm interested.

Lyrics are important because they are like poetry, which can open people's minds. As far as radio talent, I prefer to interview program directors, music directors and air personalities who can articulate what music does for them and their audience. I get very bored with radio people who use a lot of industry jargon and stats that imply they've conquered the world. More impressive to me are the radio personnel who helped launch music or radio careers and did something great for their community.
